公園上に向かう途中の通称「窪地」と呼ばれる広場を歩いていたら、坂の上を甲斐犬のヒナとセナが通りかかるのが遠くに見えました。ヒナの名前を大声で呼んだら気づいてくれました。
When we were walking in the small opening in the woods that dog walkers call 'the basin', I saw Hina and Sena in the distance passing by on the higher ground. I called out Hina's name and she heard me.
Hina trotting to greet Taiga.
背後のセナは「どうでも良いですけど」という姿勢。
Sena remains in the background as if to say "Well, whatever". She grew up without playing with Taiga due to the age difference.
暑い朝なので、苔むした冷たい地面に座って一時休止。
As it was another hot morning, Hina and Taiga sat on the cool mossy ground.
セナは立ったまま相変わらず傍観です。
Sena remained standing in the back.

After Hina and Sena left us, Taiga continued to sit in the same spot looking comfortable, so we stayed for some time.
こうやってまるで脚を投げ出すような座り方をしているのを見ると、年をとったなぁと感じます。
Looking at Taiga sitting with her legs stretched forward, I really feel the years that have passed by.
