今朝はとても清々しい天気で、公園ではピクニックランチを楽しんでいる家族連れがあちこちに見かけられました。（昨夜は大変なよなべをしたので、寝る前にタイガをトイレ散歩に連れ出したのは朝の2時半。よって寝坊しました。）
A beautiful morning with crisp air and blue sky. There were a lot of family groups enjoying picnic lunch on the grass.

坂を上って丘の向こう側にあるドッグランを目指します。
We headed for the dog park which was on the other side of the hill.
野球の練習帰りの小学生たちのユニフォームが鮮やかです。

ドッグラン手前の花壇。いつ見ても綺麗です。

2頭とも男の子で、向こうのヴォルグは9歳、手前のガブリエルは２歳半だそうです。
ランに着くと、初めて見るハスキー２頭が出迎えてくれました。
When we entered the holding pen of the dog park, 2 Huskies came to greet Taiga.
They are both male, Volg aged 9 years, and Gabriel 2 1/2.
まずはタイガの臭いチェック。
First thing first - checking Taiga's scent.
ハスキーたちの飼い主さんに撫でられて尻尾を振るタイガですが、ハスキーたちにとっては臭い嗅ぎのチャンス。
薄茶色のハスキーは珍しくて、他に女の子１頭を見かけるだけです。
ジャックの女の子たち２頭とも挨拶。

柴とコーギミックスの子だそうで、名前はキナコちゃん。初めて会うタイガを遊びに誘っています。
A female Shiba Inu-Corgi mix, Kinako, came to invite Taiga to play.
追いかけっこが始まりました。
Though meeting for the first time, a chase starts.
タイガはもう８歳半ですが、初対面でも気の合う子とはこうやって積極的に走ります。
二人とも疲れ気味。
キナコちゃんが私に挨拶に来ました。
Kinako came to greet me.
She seems to be on a mission.
狙いはオヤツのようです。相当、鼻が良さそうです。
Her purpose soon became clear - the treats in my bag.
「ここにあるでしょう」と言わんばかりの顔。
Kinako clinging on my leg as if to say 'I know it's in here'.
ビーグルは本来、鼻で狩りの獲物を探し出すのが仕事なので、私のバッグに入っているチキンジャーキーは直ぐに分かったようです。
ビーグルの女の子。小柄なのに11kgもあり、なかなか痩せられないそうです。タイガも同じ。
Same thing happened with this female Beagle.
After all, Beagles have such sharp noses.
