今日は天気予報よりも涼しかったので、久しぶりにバゲットを作りました。フランス産の準強力粉リスドォル100%です。220℃で30分、焼き上がりが近づくと台所が良い匂いで一杯になります。
It was cooler than forecast today, so I baked baguettes for a change. As the baking came to the end, the kitchen was full of nice smell.
The moment I took the baguettes out of the oven, they started crackling due to the sudden change of temperature.
ちゃんと「耳」もできています。
