ブリオシュ Brioche

 バターと卵たっぷりのブリオシュを作りました。粉100gにつき卵1個、バターは粉重量の50%という高含有率です。

Brioche with high contents of eggs (1 egg per 100g of flour) and butter (50% in weight of flour).  Please see the video below.
