新しいインターフェースが機能しません Trouble with Blogger new interface

７月から新たなインターフェースがデフォルトになりましたが、機能していません。 写真をアップロードするクリックの場所が表示されていません（他にも多々問題があります）。 相性が良いように、IEではなくGoogle Chrome　から入っても使えません。 なお、従来のインターフェースのほうが良い人は元のままでも使えるというオプションがあるそうですが、 従来ので写真をアップロードすると文字が連なっているだけで画像になりません。 The new interface in place as of 1st July 2020 is not working. I cannot find the button to upload photos (though this is not the only problem). In case it was a matter of compatibility, I have opened the Blogger via Google Chrome, instead of IE, but there is no difference whatsoever. For users who prefer the old interface, Blogger says we can still use the old one BUT THIS IS NOT TRUE! When I upload a photo, I can only see alphabets.
