自家製ベーコンのキッシュ Quiche with Home-made Bacon

 塩漬けにして4週間経ったベーコンを使ってキッシュを作りました。

I preserved pork belly in salt 4 weeks ago and tried a piece to make a quiche today.  The curing was done just right, as it turned out.
