公園で At the park

 東京は今日も良い天気で、ドッグランに着くともう日が高くて春のような温かさでした。

仲良しのシオンちゃんが迎えてくれました。

When we arrived at the dog park, Taiga's friend, Shion, came to greet us.

ボーダーのモノ。大好きなボール遊びに夢中ですが、このあと同じボーダーのカイ君の飼い主さんにボールで相手をしてもらい始めました。

Mono with his favourite toy.  He got Kai's owner to play with him.

そのカイ君は木の陰から一方的にかくれんぼをして、飼い主さんが気付いてくれるのを待っています。

Kai wants to play hide-and-seek with his owner, but he ignores him and continues playing with Mono.

まさに「家政婦は見た」の雰囲気。

Seeing him like this made me feel sorry for him.

必死に待っているのに、飼い主さんはモノの相手で忙しくて無視されています。

Kai continues watching and waiting,

カイ君もボールは持っているのですが。。。

still playing one-way hide-and-seek.

そのうちカイ君の飼い主さんが、蹴り誤ってランの外へ飛び出たボールを追って出て行ってしまいました。カイ君焦って物陰から飛び出してきました。

Kai's owner kicks the toy too hard and it goes over the fence - he jumps the fence after the toy, and Kai dashes out of his hiding place.
