公園で At the park

タイガが退屈そうにしていたし、また、ここ１週間以上シャンプーをしていなかったので臭い始めていたので、タイガを洗いました。

Taiga was bored, so I shampooed her and

シャンプーの後は自然乾燥の旅で公園へ行きました。けやき広場は人影が少なくてほとんど貸し切り状態。

took her to the park to dry her coat in the sun.

けやき広場の奥のほうはコケむしていてひんやりした空気です。

上のほうの「陽だまり広場」へ移動。

たまに会う黒柴のソラちゃん（５歳）が大きな石の上で涼しんでいました。

Sora, 5-year old female Shiba, was enjoying the coolness of a  rock.

タイガも石の上に登りたそうな雰囲気を察して、目ヂカラで「やめとけ」と警告するソラちゃん。

Sora senses Taiga wanting to get on the rock

and sends a warning with her eyes 'Don't even think about it'.

タイガがなかなか諦めそうにないので、柴独特のワオワオが始まりました。ソラちゃんはよく喋る柴です。

As Taiga sniffs around the rock, Sora becomes vociferous.

警告を無視してタイガが石の上に乗りました。ちょっと腰を曲げながら緊張気味に舌なめずりしています。

Taiga jumps on the rock anyway.

Nevertheless, she looks a little tense.

ふたり仲良く並ぶのかと思ったら、

Just as we thought that they were going to share the rock,

タイミングを見計らってソラちゃんが追い出し作戦に。

Sora starts pushing Taiga off the rock.

 本当によく喋るソラちゃん。

Sora wins with her attitude.

そのあと野球場横の散歩道でシュナウザーのトムに出くわしました。久しぶりなのでタイガがトムの飼い主さんに挨拶。

Afte that, we met Tom, a male Miniature Schnauzer.

Taiga says 'hello' to Tom's dad, but Tom is extremely jealous and possessive of his dad.

トムは非常にヤキモチ焼きなので、シュナ独特の甲高い声で抗議しています。

Tom keeps shrieking in protest.

トムが騒げば騒ぐほど、タイガはこれみよがしに甘えをエスカレート。

Taiga thinks it fun to make Tom exasperated, and ups her snuggling.

 後脚立ちになってトムの飼い主さんの顔をなめようと必死。トムは抗議に必死。

Taiga stands on her hind legs trying to kiss Tom's dad.

とうとうトムが切れました。 タイガは勝ち誇ったようにトムをからかいながら走り回ります。

Tom lost it.

 トムはリードに繋がれているので、タイガが走り回る輪の内側をクルクル回るだけでタイガに届きません。

Taiga circles Tom and his dad, but Tom being on the leash, cannot reach Taiga.

ちょっと一休み。タイガは頭をブルブル振るって仕切り直し。

A short break.

またタイガがスリスリを始めました。

Taiga starts showing off again in front of Tom.

 飼い主さんとタイガに上手くからかわれているトムですが、本気で怒っています。

Tom is too mad to realise that he is being teased by his dad and Taiga.

 タイガは調子に乗って甘えているうちに、

As Taiga kept snuggling,

 目がうっとりしてきました。

her eyes became dreamy.

またしてもトムが切れました。おかげでタイガにとって良い運動になりました。

Tom lost it again.  Thanks to Tom, Taiga got a lot of exercise.
