ブルーポピーシードでケーキを作りました。フワフワ生地に膨らませる秘訣は重曹と酸の反応で、焼きあがると元の2倍になります。生地はしっとりフワフワ。
I made a blue poppy seed cake. Due to the baking soda and acidity reaction, the size of the baked cake became double the original amount of the batter. The txture is very moist and fluffy.
