公園で At the park

 東京は寒いけど、今日も晴天でした。寝坊したので公園に着くと人影がまばらでした。

Another sunny day in Tokyo, although very cold.

イチョウの木がまだ頑張って綺麗な葉っぱを保っています。

Ginkgo trees are one of the few still with autumn leaves.

公園の上のほうに続く林を通りました。

It is so pleasant to walk through the woods.

上の陽だまり広場手前の原っぱでもイチョウの木が頑張っています。

仔犬の頃、この石の上に登って写真のためにポーズをとるとオヤツがもらえたので、今でもさっそうと飛び乗りますが、カメラに協力する気はありません。名前を呼んでも、「オヤツ！」と叫んでも、カメラ目線にはなりません。

Taiga willingly jumps onto this boulder because she used to get a treat by posing for the camera on the rock.  She still expects a treat but does not bother to look at the camera.

かえりしな、公園に到着したばかりの仔犬に会いました。生後４か月のシュナウザーで、名前は「ジョン」君。怖いもの知らずの性格らしく、飼い主さんを引っ張ってタイガに近づいてきました。

As we were leaving the park, we met a 4-month old Schnauzer named John.

しかもズンズンとタイガの臭い嗅ぎに寄ってきます。

Even though he is a puppy, he does not hesitate to take a sniff at Taiga.

タイガは脚を上げてサービス。

とても朗らかな性格なので育て易そうです。
