サクサクのアップルパイ Apple Pie with Puff Pastry

 リンゴ果肉の下にアーモンドクリームを敷いたアップルパイです。パイの生地はミルフィーユ生地と同じ作り方で、仕上がりは薄紙を重ねたようなフワフワになります。
