メロンタルト Melon Tart

アンデスメロンでフルーツタルトを作りました。メロンの香り高いチーズケーキがフィリング、スポンジ生地はデュラム粉入りでサクサクの食感です。 

I made a fruit tart with a fragrant Japanese melon.  The tart sponge includes fine semolina flour which gives it a firm texture.
